SyncUp is a communication platform that allows users to privately express interests, intentions, and feelings. A match occurs only when both users select the same item.

You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.

3. User Accounts

You may access the Service using anonymous authentication, Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or other supported authentication methods.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you upload, including:

• Profile images
• Display names
• Feedback submissions
• Reports and communications

You retain ownership of your content but grant SyncUp permission to store, display, and process such content for the purpose of operating the Service.
